(20 min. sitting / 10 min. walking or movement / 20 min. sitting, followed by a brief sharing)
This is not a Sensory Awareness class, though the approach is similar. We simply sit (and walk) in the presence of what is alive in and around us.
Quite often we’ll have a theme, suggested by a participant, which will inform the way I lead the meditation.
This is a drop-in group. You only have to sign up once to then receive weekly reminders with a Zoom link. No obligation to participate every week.
